Martin joined Phillip Yip & Associates in 2008. He has worked in migration law since 2001, initially with PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ Global Visa Solutions team.
Since 2002, he has been registered as a migration agent (MARN: 0210935) providing advice on all aspects of business and skilled migration, including preparing Visa, Sponsorship and Citizenship applications and preparing submissions for Appeals to the Migration Review Tribunal.
Martin has presented numerous seminar papers on Temporary Work visas, Resident Return visas and Citizenship matters to clients and to the profession. Martin has recently rewritten the Immigration Chapters of the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce’s “Handbook on Immigration.”
He is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia.
Martin is a dual citizen and as well as being admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales he holds legal qualifications in Germany. |
