Martin Hildebrand

LAWYER – ACCREDITED SPECIALIST (IMMIGRATION LAW)

Martin has worked in immigration law since 2001, initially with one of the Big Four accounting firms and then joining Phillip Yip and Associates in 2008.

Martin advises on all aspects of immigration law with a focus on business and skilled migration providing strategic advice to corporations large and small.

He also advises on family migration including partner and parent visas, all aspects of citizenship applications and advises on review applications to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Martin has tought in the Australian National University’s Graduate Program in Australian Migration Law and regularly presents to fellow migration agents and immigration lawyers on topics such as working visas, sponsorship obligations and compliance, Resident Return visas and citizenship.

Martin has recently rewritten the migration part of the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce’s “Handbook for Immigration.”

He is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia.

Martin is a dual citizen and legally qualified in Germany as well as Australia. He was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2009.
